Took my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned and boxed - they did a good job of cleaning it, but a terrible job of boxing it. The box was not put together well and was about three times too big so subsequently my dress is now terribly creased - it looked like it had just been thrown in the box! Yes, Im unlikely to wear it again but its a special item of clothing and I wouldve expected more care to be taken of it. Despite having a receipt Harringtons wont refund the cost of the box (over 40) because its not the right receipt, the right receipt was never given to us...this is
