We offer food that is gourmet, modern and delicious. Using fresh, local produce to create a seasonal menu, we are always looking to develop new ideas and recipes. Using a traditional Oklahoma Joe, reverse flow wood smoker, made from 5mm thick steel, we are able to offer a range of products. English Oak provides the perfect light smokey flavour that we are looking for.

PIG-CASSO'S is a catering company, which is based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire and is owned by its founders, James Cardwell and Stephen Connon. The company aims to cater for a range of events, from corporate parties, to weddings and even 60th birthdays, providing high quality products at affordable prices.

For longer service hours: 100+VAT per hour. Please note: additional fuel charges for bookings which are more than 25 miles away from the PE27 postcode are charged at 45 Pence+VAT per mile (50 miles free!) Dimensions: 6 meters x 1.8 meters for when space is not an issue! Power: 2 x 13 amp plugs (we have a generator but this can be noisy).
