CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services utilise advanced multi-axis machines to produce complex components with diameters up to 1100mm. With high-capacity production capabilities and semi-automated systems, we cater to batch sizes up to 5000 units weekly. Our focus on dimensional accuracy and surface finish ensures compliance with aerospace and defence industry standards.
CNC Milling
We offer CNC and conventional milling for components with X/Y/Z travel capacities up to 1660mm, 670mm, and 625mm respectively. Advanced fixturing, tooling systems, and operator training enable production of precision parts with tolerances down to 5 microns. Surface finishes as fine as 0.2 micrometres meet stringent industrial requirements.
Castings
Our group company supplies investment, sand, and gravity die castings up to 200kg using aluminium and phosphor bronze. With non-destructive testing, spectrographic analysis, and in-house heat treatment, we ensure quality for aerospace and defence applications. Batch sizes range from 1-500 units with full material traceability.
Assembly
Our 350m assembly facility handles servo actuators, hydraulic valves, and fire protection systems. Equipped with a 2000KG overhead crane and clean room, we perform pressure testing up to 700 Bar. Electro-mechanical and hydro-mechanical projects benefit from our integrated quality assurance processes.
Welding
We provide coded welding to BS EN ISO 15614 and 9606 standards using MIG, TIG, and manual systems. Pre- and post-weld heat treatment facilities support structural integrity. Our fabrication services complement machining and casting capabilities for complete industrial component solutions.
