The company were working on our neighbours' house, and entered our property 3 times without permission (definitely illegal). When contacted about this afterwards, they were childish and somewhat aggressive in their response, offering excuses instead of acknowledging the illegality of their actions. I'm sure they carried out the actual drainage work fine (wouldn't know), but not professional in their conduct or in terms of receiving feedback.
