I used this service for a short period of time, I am glad I did not use them for any longer. After discontinuing services I needed to reactivate my account to file my last set of quarterly taxes. At first they refused to reactivate anything, then I was quotes a a couple hundred dollars as a fee just to reactivate. I ended up using a personal accountant to file one month of quarterly taxes. Payroll solutions gave them the wrong information twice. On the day taxes were due Payroll solutions finally gave them the correct amount due. I was put through a huge unnecessary run around and would strongly
