Situated on the Coast Road just outside the market town of Ulverston. A converted 18th century tidal mill, its traditional barn features still remain with a vaulted ceiling and original beams. Available for hire 7 days a week Martin, Helen and their daughter Nicola have been coordinating events at the seaside location since 2008.
Their journey began in the neighboring village of Baycliffe where they established The Farm Shop in 1988 a butchers and bakers, they then expanded into outside catering when Nicola joined them traveling around the Furness Peninsular and into the beautiful Lake District with their homemade food for special occasions and this remains a big part of the family business.

The Olde Mill has been one of The Lake District and Furness's most popular wedding venues for nearly 80 years. Situated on the edge of Morecambe Bay where the rolling hills of South Lakeland meet the Irish Sea. Your wedding day can be large and formal, small and intimate or totally casual - however you wish, we are here to create the ideal wedding service for you.

The comfortable lounge area has traditional beams and a limestone featured oak bar offering a full range of wines, beers and spirits. Local real ales are supplied from Ulverston Brewery featuring Laurel and Hardy classic ales, our wine is supplied from The Porterage Co, Greenodd. Dizzy - the fizzy beetle!
