My treatment at the Urban Sanctuary was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed. Danielle was the most kind, patient and perfect practitioner. Her calm and kind energy was a delight and she was beyond accommodating- being 37 weeks pregnant, its hard to get comfortable and stay in positions for too long and she was very mindful of this, providing nothing but reassurance and understanding. I left feeling the most relaxed and pampered I have felt in months; exactly what I need before I have my baby. I couldnt recommend her more if I tried and will definitely be coming back! Thank you again

Georgie was really lovely and friendly. When i mentioned about my Anxiety she said that if i needed my partner in there with me for support then he was more than welcome too. Its hard to find places at times, especially with Covid still around that are supportive of those with Mental Health. Thank you Georgie, ill definitely be back.

I have been going to the Urban Sanctuary for 10 years now. So this is a review for past years also. It is by far the most professional beauty salon I have visited and the staff are all trained to the highest standard. I adore the massages and every mani/pedi or eyebrow threading I have done is always fantastic! I have never left the salon feeling that something extra should have been done and the whole team including the reception team are informed, professional and wonderful at all times. After covid and the ever restrictions changing, the owner has taken personal measure to ensure that the business
