Awful customer service from the minute you walk in. The way the lady speaks to you is unreal just because I wouldn't leave my keys in my unattended car as I have no idea if its insured. Nowhere to park your car you just end up being in the way. Never again having my mot done now at another garage literally stress free and even a smile instead of eye rolling

This company have no Morals! I am a 65 year old woman using my daughters smart car on my way to a hospital appointment when one of their buses hit the car on the back end as I was stationary in traffic lights. The bus driver refused to give his information and the situation got rather heated. Cutting the story short as not enough room is given for reviews! They are contesting the incident The driver got Foreign taxi driver to witness and the Taxi driver gave a false account of the accident saying the I drove into the bus ? I must have been reversing to do this? The company owner doesn't seem at

Disrespectful drivers. Had a number of their drivers pull out of their "base" on me when I have been driving past, almost collided with one today because the driver is clearly self-entitled and doesn't give a damn about causing a RTA.
