Although its nice to see positive reviews, mine wont be one of them. There seems to be a huge lack of communication within this company. All i wanted was a pair of boots that fitted. The fitting guide on their website was easy to follow. The boots arrived, only to find that they didnt fit. I contacted O4E and discussed the issue with Rachel. She was very helpful, explaining that the manufacture size guide wasnt the best. I was advised to return the boots, free of charge, and a wide fitting pair would be sent. Sadly rather disappointed to today receive my rubber matting fork. No communication was made since transaction until the 12th; 4 days later to say itll be another 48hrs to receive. Otherwise the fork is a great price and fantastic quality.

Very poor service, i received 2 exercise sheets which I hadn't realised from the pictures on the website, fit over the saddle and join at the front, when I asked if I could return them they said yes but I'd have to pay 4.99, even though I don't believe they are properly described visually or in the narrative

Great prices with quick delivery, however very disappointed that returns are chargeable at 4.99. Im now going to be nearly 5 down because the boots I ordered dont fit.
