Avoid this company! Washing stank of mould and wasn't folded, a brand new jacket was damaged (looks like Bleach stains) and there was an empty packet of hula hoops in the bag of washing. They didn't hang the wash only items to dry so they were screwed up soaking wet stinking in a carrier bag!!! very overpriced for this poor excuse of a laundry service. Took 3 days to get hold of anybody and their proposed solution of discount is atrocious!!! Why would I even want to use this service again when they've already proved they can't be trusted to be careful with expensive items. Even a partial refund

30 for a double duvet and fleece topper, left 6 of my own tablets and lenor, smelt yeasty if you know what I mean, won't be going again
