In Aberdeen I normally take my 2 year old son to sovereign. I tried to book my toddler in for December 5th unfortunately the lady was very rude after I told her. My son will probably cry as he is still… getting use to his hair being cut. Her comment. Well we won’t be able to take the noise for too long as we have other customers. I understand you have a business to run but with attitude like that is appalling. No professionalism at all. ( maybe some training in communication and what great service looks like. )
