Williams Motorcycle Training
Compulsory basic training (CBT) is a course you usually have to take before you ride a moped or motorcycle on the road. The training makes sure you can ride safely on your own while you practise for your full moped or motorcycle test. Get your full, unrestricted Category A motorcycle licence with us and have the freedom to ride any bike you like without having to renew your licence every two years as you do with a CBT.

With a 98% First Time Pass Rate we are one of the U.K.'s leading Motorcycle Training organisations. Compulsory Basic Training must be completed before a learner moped or motorcycle rider is allowed to ride on the road with L-plates. We've created a simple to follow diagram to show you the four different routes to getting your full, category A, motorcycle licence.

Williams Motorcycle Training will ensure you are more than capable of passing both modules. Specified manoeuvres conducted at specific speeds will be tested in module 1 on safe off-road sites.

Report
Although bikers represent less than one per cent of all road traffic, they suffer 18 per cent of all deaths and serious injuries on our roads, and are 45 times more likely to be killed on the road than car drivers. How long did it take you to become as skilled as you were before you stopped riding?
