Over six weeks ago I telephoned to explain we needed some replacement arm covers for a settee and ask if this was something they could do. They said yes, so we visited their workshop immediately. We chose the fabric and were told the company would be in touch to take measurements when the fabric arrived. We asked how long, roughly this would be and were told 2-3 weeks. Having not heard anything after five weeks, I telephoned on Monday afternoon. The 'phone was on answerphone, so I left a message asking them to let us know what was happening. As we still had not heard back from them by yesterday
