This is the best place in Derbyshire to get sound advice on any DIY job! They allow me to present any issues/ideas and questions without making me feel in the slightest bit silly! And I have asked them some fairly basic questions. But to me these are big jobs -.pointing, guttering, grouting, patio laying. Lovely, knowledgeable staff, and great prices.

Good old fashioned customer service. Knowledgeable counter staff. Pretty much always have what I need in their stores, and very reasonably priced. Worth the trip, as it's further from me than other well known chain type retailers.
