Report
Established in 1919 we have been caring for the people of Mid Sussex for over 100 years. We are rightly proud of this and were awarded the honour of being the longest established business by the Mid Susses District Council. Led by Masters level physiotherapists we are expert clinical practitioners with advanced knowledge gained from many years of experience and our reputation means that we are often the first port of call for many.

I graduated in 1986 from Bath Physiotherapy School and achieved my Masters in Manipulative Therapy in 2000 from University of Brighton. I worked for some year in the NHS before joining the Physio Therapy Centre in 1987 so I have been helping those in pain for many years, using my training and experience to treat all the myriad of different conditions that I see.

I trained at Southampton University graduating in 2001. I spent 6 years working in the NHS Outpatient departments alongside working privately at the University of Sussex Sports Injury Clinic. In 2007 I joined the Physio Therapy Centre.

I apply a comprehensive and holistic approach to diagnosis, injury management and rehabilitation by combining biomechanical analysis, manual and exercise therapy techniques with functional rehabilitation, electrotherapy, acupuncture and Pilates.I trained at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2005.

I joined the PHYSIO Therapy Centre in 2014 having enjoyed an association with them as a school nurse since 2001. I have been a qualified massage therapist (Swedish and Medical) since 2000, but a persistent episode of sciatica introduced me to the Bowen Fascial Release Technique and 'turned' my attention to the 'soft side'.
