Just bought our first caravan from j and j and the staff bent over backwards to help us out.,we knew nothing about caravans,but the boys there explained everything to us.,and I would recommend them to anyone that's buying a caravan.

Awful company, avoid at all costs! Sold us a motorhome that the cabin door was fully seized on and now has broken off. Full new hinges needed and this horrible company has done nothing to help and has now blocked my phone number! Absolute rip off cowboys! Do yourself a favour and buy from someone reputable!

In these tough times, unfortunately they weren’t able to get the caravan we wanted and were more than willing to fulfil our needs and go that extra mile to satisfy us but we decided to get our deposit back, we got it within two hours of requesting. When we have decided what we will do we will definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased a caravan from this so called company, caravan was dirty inside and had to have it cleaned myself by a professional company, even left the cassette toilet full of the previous owners waste. I definitely would not recommend or ever use this company again, take your money to a reputable caravan sales company.
