We used Barleycorn to move us in the first week of January and honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Chris was very professional and friendly when he came to the house for the first time to quote and I immediately knew we were in good hands. The quote was very reasonable, for packing and moving. The guys from Barleycorn worked tirelessly for 3 days, packing up and moving us, then putting furniture back together again in the new house. They were all polite, professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our move went seamlessly and was genuinely stress-free! We will definitely

Thank you to Chris and the team for doing our move during lockdown on the 1st May. We left the removal team to it with little notes on everything. They were professional and polite and everything was wrapped really well. Nothing was too much trouble. In such a strange time and with many removal companies not working, Barleycorn came through for us. We were having to pay two rents because we were about to move at the end of March just when the lockdown began. We were so fortunate to find Chris and his team to help us and they definitely did. Thanks again. We'll be sure to come back to you when

I cannot recommend Barleycorn Removals highly enough. Chris and his team are unfailingly positive and professional, and take such care with your belongings. I have used the company on three occasions now and each time they have made an otherwise stressful day so much more manageable. It is clear that Chris only recruits employees with the highest of standards (as seen in their excellent customer service skills) and, having used other removal firms in the past, I cannot tell you the difference it makes when the teams smile and show good humour. In short, a first class service!

Well, what can I say! These guys are LEGENDS!!!
Chris and the team have moved us 6 times over the past few years and they’ve always made the moving process feel so relaxed and under complete control. They take care of everything, it all gets packed up safely and we’ve always unpacked the other end to a perfectly moved house. We really can’t recommend Barleycorn enough! It’s a 10 out of 10 from us 👌

We were very impressed by the professionalism of the team. Chris was an excellent boss. His team were amusing, polite, efficient and effective. We moved half way across the country with very little to worry about. They took care of everything and made sure we were settled in before the long drive home. We would recommend this firm to anyone in or wanting to move to Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. Best firm ever.

Absolutely amazing team of movers, best I have ever come across (and I've moved several times!). Chris really knows his stuff, and his various teams of packers and movers are outstanding. All of them were polite, friendly, professional and organised. All our items were carefully packed and loaded onto the van, and on the other side they took the time to make sure all boxes and items were where we wanted them (rather than a dump and run). Even better they were great value. Honestly, if you can, use these guys, you won't be disappointed.
