Be careful with these guys. On one occasion they tried to charge me for scratching the skip...seriously...a scratch! Then on another occasion at the end of a series of skips when I asked them to collect the last one they then said they were going to charge me for over filling. There were no doors or boards increasing the side heights and I really thought the driver was joking. I have been using skip companies all over southern England for over 30 years and I had never encountered a driver saying it is over loaded, especially when there were no boards on the side. I do believe that they have a policy

After using Brazil's for cost effectiveness, I was left no choice but to find another supplier tried a couple of others but no one come close to these guys. The admin team who I dealt with on the phone went above and beyond with the service and infomation they provided and sent me a skip on the same day. I filled it and they got a replacement in the same day. The driver was friendly, polite and had great interpersonal skills even communicating great with my 4 year old son who loves trucks and big machines. These guys get a big . Will always use in the future.
