Michael is the best employee you have! He just saved me from the wet and cold. I just finished a night shift got home and locked out with no way of getting my partner's key. Heading back in to another night shift later tonight, I need to sleep. He got me the help I needed in lightning speed fast ime. Was respectful and calmed me down (I was quite panicked and upset.) he did all of this with updates on how long he be and all on Christmas Eve turning up with the best Christmas hat on I ever seen!
