Lee was a nice chap came to fix the old boiler. Uncertain of exact cause of problem . Fair enough. Tried a fix with the understanding of returning and trying other things if it did not work. Charged 100 for 10minutes work. Did not fix the problem - I am ok with this we had agreed it was just the first step BUT I am not o.k with the subsequent radio silence. Cannot get any response via email, telephone -(promised to phone back but did not), text - no response. Shame Lee has decided to behave in such an unprofessional way

Lee did an excellent job fixing our radiators which have not heated fully for years. Got to the problem quickly and efficiently, and solved within 30 mins of him arriving. Very experienced heating engineer and a thoroughly nice guy, I would highly recommend him.

Lee is a great gas engineer as well as a great guy. Had to ring so that an ex serviceman could have his gas cooker installed. He had fallen on hard times and the military charity I work for (SSAFA) for had obtained the Cooker for him. Lee immediately said that he would do the job for free. Not many gentlemen like Lee around these days. Would recommend Lee anytime.

Lee responded to all of my messages quickly and set up an appointment immediately. He arrived on time and wearing correct PPE which was really reassuring. Lee disconnected my old gas cooker and reconnected a new one; his work was fast and efficient and I am delighted with the service he has given. After shopping around a little before-hand, I can confidently say that Lee gave a very competitive quote and his work is of great value. I have recommended Lee to family/friends and would happily request his services again should the need arise.
