Services

Tree Removal

We dismantle or fell hazardous or unwanted trees using specialist equipment and techniques. Our arborists assess each site to determine the safest method, whether full dismantling in confined spaces or controlled felling where possible. Stump grinding and site clearance ensure complete removal with minimal environmental impact.

Crown Thinning

This service selectively removes branches to reduce crown density, improving light penetration and air circulation. It decreases wind resistance and structural stress while maintaining the tree's natural shape. Ideal for managing overgrown trees near properties or public spaces.

Tree Consulting

Our qualified arborists provide expert guidance on tree health, conservation, and planning compliance. We conduct BS5837-compliant surveys to assess tree viability, identify hazards, and recommend management strategies for developers and private clients.

Stump Grinding

We eliminate unsightly and hazardous stumps using specialist grinders that cut below ground level. This service facilitates landscaping projects and prevents regrowth, ensuring a clean, safe site finish.

Fruit Tree Pruning

Annual pruning optimises fruit yield and tree health by removing deadwood and shaping branches. Our techniques enhance productivity while maintaining manageable tree sizes for easier harvesting and long-term vitality.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job for us in removing 2 trees. Everything was left tidy, the work was conducted in a very professional and skillful manner and they are a nice team to have around. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will without doubt use them for all our future tree works.

We have used Richard for 14 odd years and he is marvelous. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He's always given us fantastic advice for any issues we've had and our gardens look amazing because of him. We could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you Richard, we'll be seeing you again in Spring.

Richard did an amazing job taking down the cherry tree in our back garden. The space was very restricted and the tree had to removed via a neighbours garden. Great care was taken not to damage anything and to clean up as well. Thanks for a great job Richard.

Richard came at very short notice after a four foot diameter, fifty foot ash tree fell, blocking our drive. He worked tirelessly all day, chopping and clearing and left everything neat and tidy. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.
