Rude phone operator, belittling me for not exactly knowing where I was, bare in mind I had a few to drink so my thoughts weren't all there and I was in a maze of housing estates so trying to find a road sign was not a simple process. Should of asked just to talk to the driver and not the rude operator.
Ended up putting the phone down on him as that is no way to treat a customer, I was not rude, nor did I swear at him. Obviously the wrong type of person to work in customer services with such an aggressive attitude. Driver was lovely in the end, couldn't fault him.

Good taxi service. Automated service works, able to track drivers like uber, payments by card. Drivers courteous, on time, except when it's really busy theres a delay. If you tell them you are in a rush or pre book they are accommodating. Wouldn't use any other taxi.
