I was absolutely thrilled with the care and service here. The experience was personal to me. Rather than push a more expensive ring on me they helped me get my existing engagement ring to the perfection I wanted. Wendy and all members of staff were wonderful. The jewellery I looked at is exquisite. My partner bought me a beautiful diamond necklace when it was time to collect my ring.

The staffs at W. Bruford are amazing, always beautiful smiles on their faces and very welcoming. The service they give you are excellent. They are very friendly and helpful. Would like to recommend Sam at W Brufords in the Beacon. He has been helping me look for a watch and his knowledge is extensive and helpful. He was most patient, which was useful as they have many to select from. If you need any help in that regard seek him out! He is a credit to the whole team!
