Excellent, we are so happy. A previous reviewer wrote scathingly because this Agent couldn't do the impossible for them. Well guess what! This Agent did for my Sister and Me. We checked our planned holiday to Australia on the internet for days, then we went to Travel world. this Agent saved us pounds and made sure the timings suited us. Really poor customer service experience today. I went in to ask about last minute holidays today and the staff member didn't even offer to look. I was told she had checked yesterday and there wasn't anything for the budget I had stated. However, any good sales representative would still have looked and up sell. I had a budget but I was prepared to move on price for the right deal. If I had been asked I would have stated this. I was made to feel embarrassed in front of other customers and staff members. Wouldn't return or recommend.
