We work in conjunction with the Insurance and Accident Management industries to ensure that we are able to supply the correct vehicle to suit requirements.
Hire From SHS

A deposit is required as a security and will depend on the type of vehicle. As a guide, most vehicles require a 500 deposit, however, our luxury fleet will require 1000. Upon the return of our vehicle, your deposit will become due for return after 14 working days. SHS are unable to return deposits until any outstanding matters are resolved e.g: Damages.

SHS Hire (Specialised Hire Solutions) endeavours to deliver a high quality, fair & reasonable service to all of its clients. SHS Hire does acknowledge, however, that there are instances where client's will perceive that the service does not meet their requirements.
In such instances, SHS Hire directs the client to record a formal complaint in writing within 28 days of the return of the vehicle or up to 90 days after the specific incident/event (whichever is sooner).Please note, that SHS Hire are not able to respond to complaints made by someone who is not a direct client.
