County Hire

County Hire has been renting plant and tools to builders, landscapers, civil engineers, utility management companies and home owners throughout Berkshire and North Hampshire since 1991. Our range includes Access Equipment; Mini Diggers & Dumpers; Breakers; Drills; Compaction Equipment, Garden Machinery - in fact almost any machinery you might need for building, gardening, landscaping or maintenance.

Minimum Hire - duration of 4 hours. Must be either a morning or an afternoon. Due to logistics considerations, delivery and collection is not normally available for the 4-hour hire period, although it may be possible in certain circumstances; please enquire when booking.

Week - any period of 7 consecutive days, expiring at close of business on the 7th day, e.g. one week's hire commencing on a Tuesday terminates at close of business on the following Monday.All bookings require a pre authorisation from a credit or debit card. If you use cash or a different card to settle your account, the pre authorisation amount will not be released until several working days after the date of off-hire depending on your bank.

County Hire supplies a wide range of access platforms for hire including scissor lifts and cherry pickers. Light weight scaffolding board hire also available. Prior to each hire our scissor lifts, cherry pickers and other access platforms are tested both for electrical safety and mechanical functionality to ensure your safety.

County Hire supply a wide range of saws and cutters including tile cutter, block splitter, jigsaw and router for hire. Prior to each hire our tile cutter, block splitter, jigsaw, router and other cutting and sawing equipment are tested both for electrical safety and mechanical functionality. A safety instruction leaflet is issued with each hire.
