Built Up Letters
We manufacture precision-built up letters using CNC-cut metal and plastic materials. Our three-dimensional signage solutions incorporate stainless steel, aluminium, and acrylic components with optional neon or LED illumination. Neon Manufacture
Our traditional neon glass bending service creates eye-catching signage solutions. Using UK and European-sourced materials, we produce custom neon and cold cathode tubes with technical drawings and installation support. Two Masonlite bombarding machines ensure fast production turnaround times for commercial clients.
Metal Fabrication
Our fully equipped metalwork facility handles diverse fabrication projects. We work with stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper to produce commercial signage components. The department's expansion in 2007 enabled larger machine capacity for complex, oversized signage projects. All fabrication work benefits from in-house quality control and technical expertise.
LED Illumination
We install high-quality LED illumination systems for signage applications. Our IP67/68-rated components include colour options like RGB, warm white, and primary colours. The service covers face-lit, halo-lit, and combined illumination solutions with internal back trays for light diffusion.
