At Embroidery by Design we have 3 Tajima Xpanta Machines which have an embroidery area of 1200mm x 520mm. One of the most rewarding projects that we undertook was a full scale translation into embroidery of an ARCHITECT PLANS Having 3 large format machines we have the capacity to embroider quantity orders.
The 3 machines also enables us to work on 3 different client projects at the same time. We pride ourselves in fulfilling orders within tight deadlines, so please contact us with your requirements. If you need a banner, we are now capable of producing them up to 1000cm x 800cm depending on your design.

Badges

Badges can be sewn on by hand or alternatively, they can be ironed on. Please inform us which method you prefer when placing you order, so that we can make the necessary adjustments. We usually recommend sewing them on, as this ensures a permanent hold. Ironing them is still effective, but the grip strength can vary depending on the base fabric, and how the garment is washed.
