We carry out a comprehensive survey to make a materials assessment and to find any asbestos-containing material (ACM), recording what it is, where it is and the quantity found.We also record how easy it is to access, the condition it's in and identify if there's any surface treatment. We will also record the type of asbestos by sampling it in line with 'Asbestos: The survey guide published by the HSE.

Asbestos Management Survey

The purpose of the asbestos management survey is to manage ACM during typical use of the building. An asbestos surveyor will carry out the management survey to ensure that no-one is harmed or injured by the presence of ACM in the building. They will also ensure that the ACM remains in good condition and that no-one accidentally disturbs the area.
Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

Where the building, or part of it, require upgrading, refurbishment and demolition a refurbishment or demolition survey should be undertaken. Our surveyor will need to carry out the survey which will ensure that no-one will be harmed by disturbed asbestos due to the work to be carried out. The survey will provide you with the identification and location of all ACM before any structural work begins.
Sample Testing
Report
If you have a material suspected of containing asbestos, a representative sample needs to be taken and sent for analysis. The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 states that all analysis of samples for suspected asbestos will be undertaken by EAS UK Asbestos who is accredited in compliance with the standard set out in BHOS P402.
