My girlfriend has been to get her nails done and within 6 hours her nails have begun peeling and flaking, and her fingers around several of the nails have become swollen and sore. Tools didnt appear to have been sterilised/sanitised, staff werent wearing masks initially (admittedly not enforced currently) and didnt sanitise their hands. The staff member who did her nails had cold/flu symptoms and only put a mask on after sitting down opposite to engage in the job. Due to her hands now being sore and the nails flaking off she has had to soak them off, effectively wasting the 26 spent

For such a place of torture it was great! Haha. Had my legs and chin waxed hence the torture. She was very nice and kind and gentle really. Recommend it.

I have a massage here once a month the staff can not do enough for me as i am a wheelchair user, and naomi who does my massage does an excellent job of releasing my muscle tensions
