We provide same/next-day delivery across Sussex using our expert 2-man team. Standard delivery includes ground-floor access, with optional stair carriage at 10 per flight. Large items like range cookers require prior arrangement. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with kerbside or unpacked options available. Installation Services

Initially the shop floor guy was helpful but then disappeared, we chose a refrigerator (they had 2 in stock) and paid for it. I popped into the store 2 days later to ask if the doors could be changed round and handles left off, only to find the refrigerator was no longer on the shop floor. So clearly I was getting the floor model and not a brand new one. I was told that "they had no idea whether I was getting a brand new one or the shop floor model" Why ? There was no customer care, they didn't seem bothered or even care to sort out a new one, that they apparently had in stock. The shop floor had

The staff were very friendly and helpful,plenty of choice and good prices. The dishwasher arrived on time and was installed efficiently and the fitter was very tidy,polite and helpful. We have been customers of QDA for over 30 years now and have always found them to be far more helpful and knowledgeable than larger well known retailers. Would recommend.
