Mike was fantastic, slight hitch on installation but rectified with ease, fitters were user friendly and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about installing a log burner. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent company to deal with.Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my 2 year old stove door handle (Clock stove) it did not seem to be a tight fit against the seal .Michael replaced the complete door so as not to be without a fire over Christmas. Thank you Calcaria

Bought a stove from Calcaria in the summer and have been meaning to review since, the staff, service, installation and product have been fantastic and now its winter the stove is really coming into its own a fabulous addition to our home - would highly recommend using Calcaria, it is worth noting they can also recommend a good chimney sweep ! Amazing service and amazing product. I cant thank Mike and his team enough. Really good showroom with lots of selection. He was even able to supply a paper catalogue of the products (that I prefer than just looking on line). We chose our wood burner (a modern Contrura round one) that was ordered and duly arrived (after we thought it may be delayed). Mike was in touch when he thought it was going to be delayed and offered me the closest one he had to what I had ordered from his showroom as I wanted the wood burner for Xmas, but this wasnt necessary in the end.
