I based my experience on decor , layout and staff. I was helped by the owner named Sheila . She showed me some bags and made suggestions based on what I like and don't like. Now, what made her a great seller was her ability to build a rapport, instead of the usual "spend money or your're wasting my time" attitude. I was hard pressed between two bags and she suggested I sleep on it and didn't rush me to buy.
