Tracey is a qualified therapist with over 30 years experience in the spa and beauty world, working with some of the finest spas and salons across the globe, including Harrods, David Lloyd, Corinthia, Mandarin Oriental, One Aldwych, Gleneagles, Bannatyne, Champneys, and many more. She grew up in the beauty industry having helped her father and his CEO at beauty exhibitions selling wax since the age of 14.
