Unfortunately have to agree with a number of the negative posts on here. The customer service is extremely poor from the reception team. They could definitely do with some training on customer interaction and how to speak to people politely. Also the requirement to pay completely for treatment upfront is a little extreme, and pretty sure I was overcharged for my checkup.
Additionally whilst being examined I noticed what looked like dried blood on the dental operators light frame, which I informed the dentist of and this was subsequently cleaned. However did leave me feeling quite uncomfortable

I had an incredibly professional, painless and stress-free time having four crowns fitted. Really friendly and lovely staff who put you at your ease and were very thorough in ensuring that the finished result was perfect. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and just wish I had gone there sooner! I can now smile with confidence!

I went it for my first appointment today. Dr. Hamish was very friendly and was immediately able to identify the problem areas. I 100% recommend him. However, I was a bit disappointed with the assistant. The first thing you do before asking a patient to open their mouth is to put a bib, which she did only after I was dripping- so embarrassing. Please make sure you have proper SOP in place.

Dr. Hamish Joshi is excellent. He is a total gentleman and an asset to Cassio Road Dental Practice. I felt no pain and he explained proper after care. I recommend this Dental practice to everyone. Thanks to all the staff especially reception.

I have been going to this Dental Practice for years and always receive a excellent service. Perhaps a misunderstanding can happen, but certainly nothing to get upset about, it can be put right. Dental staff are polite, helpful and good at what they do. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and procedure's due to covid are efficiently carried out. Would definitely recommend.
