Cast Fireplaces is a Family Owned and run Business established online in 2003 and we believe in traditional customer service values. This is mainly what stands us aside from all other online fireplace companies, as you will always get a personal service from us online, the same as visiting our showroom.

LTD that is owned by Mark and Rhian Adams who are responsible for dealing with your orders and the day-to-day running of the company along with our Daughter Melissa who joined us in 2016. We have hands on approach to the running of our business and our customers orders you are never just an invoice number we really do pride ourselves on our customer service.

Here at Castfireplaces we do try to be different and we understand most of our customers will be ordering a fireplace online without ever visiting our fireplace showroom in Heanor Derbyshire, ideally located with easy access from the M1 motorway J26. There are however a number of customers who do like to view and feel and touch the fireplace or stove before making any purchase and they are very welcome to visit us.
