I have used bare minerals for about 10 years. I recently went into the Glasgow store Buchanan Street as I wanted to try the Matte powder foundation as I have recently found out it contains a toxin Bismuth Oxychloride which can irritate the skin. (my skin has become very sensitive and wanted to see if omitting this could help) Assistant was quite rude when I asked about a possible sample as I wouldn't want to purchase their makeup until I knew it wouldn't cause a reaction. Seemed not to believe me when explained I had received this info from their website. Needless to say they have now

I've been using Bare Minerals since I moved to the UK as it was too expensive to buy mineral makeup from the US anymore, with customs taxes and all that. I've been to a few different places to get Bare Minerals (usually Debenhams) but after experiencing the customer service here, I will always visit the flagship store from now on. I was looking at buying a new powder as well as a wee treat as well - I'd decided for a new red lipstick. The sales assistant was super helpful and friendly, and assured me that the red she picked out would be perfect for me as it suits most skin tones
