Clear, concise and polite answer given to request for information details. Good to deal with and to appreciate a rare travel agency still in existence, when so many others have vanished.

I went in here three separate times to try and book a holiday but the staff didn't seem to want to help. They did input information into the computer but I was told that they didn't have anything? I felt like they didn't want my money... Or maybe I just wasn't going to be spending enough? I'm not sure, but I don't think I'll be back
