Having watched that video of your rude, angry and very threatening driver. I will have to agree along with thousands of others that your driver was 100% in the wrong. He was aggressive from the very moment he saw the car. The car couldnt back up as there was a car behind her to begin with. There was no need to bully someone with a small child in the car. After saw a video that one of company driver went through weight limit (7.5t) in narrow road so retraining this driver or let him go as its no good for company
