Guys a joke...I ring on a Tuesday ordered a skip for Thursday. I ring to ask on Thursday morning what time it would arrive. First he didn't know who I was then after short conversation he said he Forgot, sorry! If that's how he conducts business I don't know how he survives and why people still use him. He said I can have a smaller skip but no discount or I'll get it to you straight away. I wouldn't even give it a star if I had the choice. Sheer clear plenty of other firms about and cheaper. Well at least he saved me 35
