From a first-time buyer's standpoint, my experience with Breakey & Co has been such that I refuse to use them again even though I'm yet to buy a house. There are other estate agencies out there that treat everyone equally - sellers and buyers alike because both sides are equally important when it comes to the selling of a property. Its a lack of respect that I was kept in the dark for a week after placing an offer on a house last Tuesday, to then be told (very abruptly) today that the vendor went with another offer very strange considering that 2 hours before this, someone in the agency

Breaky & Co could not have done enough for my family and I. From the very beginning they were so attentive and informative, and were able to keep us updated and 'in the know' through the entire sales process. Selling the house for someone with an illness was very difficult at times, but the staff were amazing and were able to walk us through it every step of the way, and consistently went the extra step to push things through and get the ball rolling. 10/10 across the board!

We used Breakey & Co Estate Agents for the first time to sell one of our tenanted properties. The team at Breakey found numerous buyers for our house at a very good price. The completion was very slow but that was down to the buyers solicitor and the high demand on the housing market.
Jenny was particularly helpful, telephoning every week to keep us in the loop and also keeping in touch with the buyer to jog her along. I would recommend Breakey and Co to any of my associates, good service, friendly staff and an affordable price.

Breakey and Co were absolutely fantastic. The best estate agent Ive used so far by a long shot. They were very professional at all stages and kept me up to date without the need to prompt. Jenny, in particular was exceptional! Would highly recommend and wont be using any other agent in future!
