Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pair of boots, for my daughter, in October 2020. The lady measured her and boots were ordered. Covid meant there were delays and all was a bit slow. Fair enough - challenging times etc etc. Boots arrived eventually and to my horror they didn’t fit - not even close. My daughters previous boots from deniro lasted for 3 years (ordered from another distributor) so I cannot imagine how this measurement was so far out. I returned the boots inMarch and have received the “new” Boots today AUGUST- basically the new boots are the same boots but with a

Dishonest, unprofessional, commercially unaware, rude and poor customer service. Refuse to provide VAT invoices despite over 7 requests. They ignore emails, texts and phone calls as they're trying to have a showjumping career around their business but when you eventually speak to someone; a lady called Claire will scream down the phone at you about how inconvenient it is for her to provide a VAT invoice. Thankfully PayPal ruled in my favour. Have reported this company to HMRC as it looks like they are committing some kind of fraud. Much better companies around like Espayo, Equiport and Redpost
