Our garden shoes are made from a unique special formula of expanded foam - no rubber at all! It's a foam-like substance which has been chosen for its durability meaning itwill not perish or crack. Our Ladies shoes are accurate to size and we occasionally offer some designs in half sizes (currently see our Two Tone Clogs).

The most cost effective and planet friendly way is to find a friend or family member with the right size feet for the shoes you have and order another pair! If you've ordered the wrong size, the easiest solution is to immediately order the ones you'd like and simply post the unwanted shoes back at your convenience with a note for us to refund + your order number etc.

Orthotics, sometimes called shoe inserts are devices placed inside shoes to restore the biometric balance to your legs and feet. Whilst there is a fun side to our practical backdoorshoes, there is also a very big benefit in that our shoes are amongst very few slip on options which can accommodate orthotics easily hence enabling our customers who use orthotics to have a slip on option at their door.

We take our responsibility to the planet very seriously and hope that you will be pleased to hear that we're already working on alternative planet friendly solutions. We've developed reusable bags made from recycled paper and are currently in a transition stage. All our new productions are packaged in the new planet friendly paper bags.
