Ballet
Our ballet programme follows the N.A.T.D syllabus, teaching discipline, technique, and core strength. Tap

Halesowen Dance Academy has just been fabulous for my daughter. She's grown in confidence and loves it completely. Nikki always works so hard to provide fun lessons and went to huge lengths during lockdown to keep the girls dancing. My daughter and I can't recommend HDA enough and we can't wait for the shows to start again!

My daughters have danced with HDA for 7 years and love it. As a parent I've really appreciated how each child is treated as an individual and positively encouraged rather than unhelpfully pushed. The girls love the mix of exams, shows and just having fun enjoying dance. A few years ago I even joined the adult tap group which has been great! Nikki is an inspiring, patient and enthusiastic teacher.

I have been bringing my daughter to ballet, tap and modern here since she was 3 and she is a happy, confident dancer. She has been able to work towards her Rainbow awards and has always passed with distinction, thanks to Nikki's teaching. Her teachers at school have commented on her confidence at school on stage and within PE and movement lessons and credited Halesowen Dance Academy to this. Highly recommended!

A gem of a dance school ! Friendly, fun and extremely well run. Both of my daughters (4 & 8 years old) love it. The dance shows are amazing and great fun for both parents and children. Cant wait for the next one.

What a fantastic dance school! Over the past 10 years all three of my children have been a part of the Halesowen Dance Academy family. My two girls doing ballet,tap,modern,contemporary, points and street dance. Taking part in shows, competitions, exams,summer schools and much more. Making firm and lasting friendships on the way. My son (who is disabled) was also able to join the street dance troop, with help, care, consideration and nurturing from Nikki has come on leaps and bounds and massively grown in both strength and confidence. I couldnt ask for more from Nikki, the dance school teacher
