Services
Invisalign
Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to straighten teeth discreetly. This removable solution suits adults and teens seeking aesthetic alternatives to traditional braces. Treatment duration typically ranges from 12-24 months with regular aligner changes every 1-2 weeks.
Invisible Braces
Invisible braces feature metal brackets fitted behind teeth for concealed treatment. Customised to individual dental anatomy, these fixed appliances effectively correct complex misalignments while maintaining natural appearance throughout the 18-24 month average treatment period.
Retainers
Retainers maintain teeth alignment post-brace treatment. Available as removable or fixed options, these custom-fitted appliances prevent relapse by stabilising newly positioned teeth. Patients receive detailed care instructions to ensure long-term orthodontic results.
Carriere Appliance
The Carriere Appliance addresses bite issues before comprehensive braces. This fixed device corrects misaligned jaws in growing patients, typically worn for 6-12 months prior to full orthodontic treatment to optimise dental positioning.
NHS Orthodontics
NHS orthodontic treatment provides free braces for eligible patients. Available to children and teens meeting clinical need criteria, this service includes traditional fixed appliances with regular adjustments over 18-24 months.

Just want to say a massive thanks to Scottish Orthodontics for getting me a fantastic result with my braces. At 40 years old wearing braces for two years isn't the most desirable thing to have to do, nor was it always comfortable. What I can say with complete authority is that the Team at London Street were always fantastic and were always welcoming and professional and went the extra mile if any issues cropped up. The final result was worth the effort and the wait. I now have a lovely straight smile and the increased confidence it brings. Highly recommended and very grateful.

Was in Edinburgh on a visit from London. Wanted to have my retainer removed and didn't fancy paying London prices. My timings were tight and the lovely Liz not only managed to get me an appointment on my chosen day but she got me a suitable time too and all of this was last minute. Super helpful , professional and friendly. The orthodontist was great too. Went to collect my new retainer next morning and Liz had it all ready waiting for me with a smile. Highly recommend.

Mr Mustafa left my midline misaligned because quote ''he couldn't be bothered'' to fix it. Now it's causing me all sorts of problems and of course it doesn't look great.
