With our in-house state of the art workshop and goldsmith, plus full CAD facilities, we are able to offer an excellent repair, remodelling and bespoke service. See the process from start to finish, meet our goldsmith and watch your gold be melted (if remodelling) - it's a truly fascinating experience.

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside 14 days of receipt of goods will be accepted at the discretion of Sarah Layton.
