Starting out roasting tiny half pound batches of beans on Todmorden market, Mark has used his vast knowledge of coffee and the demand of a good cup to increase Exchange Coffee to 5 outlets plus a wholesale department. Trained as a barista on our Todmorden Cappuccino bar, moving to our Clitheroe Shop for holiday work while studying at Leeds University.
