Foamed Concrete Supply
Our foamed concrete supply service delivers tailored material mixes ranging from 4001700 kg/m density. We formulate specific strengths (0.512 N/mm) for structural applications while maintaining flowability for complex void infills. Our in-house manufacturing ensures consistent quality control across projects from mine stabilisation to infrastructure developments.
On-Site Pumping
Our truck-mounted and skid-mounted pumping systems enable high-volume concrete placement (2500 m/day) with minimal site disruption. The inline production process achieves pumping distances exceeding 200 metres, maintaining material integrity during rapid deployment for projects requiring up to 600 m/day throughput.
Equipment Manufacturing
We design and produce specialist foaming generators and batching systems including compact lab units and large-scale production skids. Our patented inline technology enables precise foam generation while maintaining compliance with industry certifications for global construction applications.
Material Consultancy
Technical consultancy covers specification development, site surveys, and application-specific mix design. Our team provides solutions for challenging environments including infrastructure projects requiring temporary access tunnels and permanent void infill across UK and international markets.
