Travelling during a worldwide pandemic is stressful and not easy. Phoenix Van Hire made it stress free and very easy ! We originally planned to hire a van to travel to France in April, but due to Covid-19 we couldnt. We postponed our trip and changed bookings, and Phoenix were incredibly flexible and told us it was not an issue. We eventually rebooked for June, and David was very helpful and made the whole process extremely simple. The van we hired was perfect for our needs - moving all of my belongings from the South of France to the North of England. We can not fault the service nor the van

What a find!!! My car broke down on a Saturday morning and I needed to drive south that day......Initially went to the big few.......completely no help! Googled local hire companies found Phoenix, extremely helpful, understood my predicament and even though they were just about to close they hung about until I got there. The hire process was easy and I was away with the van quickly. The van itself was perfect for what we needed. So glad my friend recommended them, I have to post this because feedbackers are usually old moaners, but my old work van gave up the ghost on me the other Monday morning, they went through how they could help on the phone, and within an hour had collected me, and got me sorted with a great little van. Their service is tremendous, they really are great, especially Dave ?, who tried really hard for me. I'm now a very happy contract customer. Thanks Phoenix, when I was stuck, you were there.

Opened up for me on a Sunday last minute, had the perfect van available for the job! David was really easy to talk to and went above and beyond with information about hiring . It's the second time I've used pheonix and I'd use them again and again!
