Founded in 1979 by Master Butcher, Ivor Nicholas, I.G. Nicholas Butchers was first opened in Canton, Cardiff. From there we opened a shop in Wellfield Road and after that we moved to the market town of Cowbridge, where we have been based since 1991. Currently managed and run by the late Ivor Nicholas' wife, daughter and son, I.G. Nicholas Butchers is proud to supply the people of Cowbridge, the Vale of Glamorgan and beyond with the finest quality meats at competitve prices.
